Court upholds Texas refineries' shield against liability claims

Today, the House Armed Services Committee is holding a hearing entitled Security Challenges Arising from the Global Financial Crisis. I realize this sounds like a lot of jargon but I found the topic and Chairman Ike Skelton's opening statement fascinating.

A refinery explosion and fire which injured 4 workers still remains under investigation by OSHA. Four workers were injured in the incident which happened on Thursday Nov. 20. One of the injured workers, James Dale Sharman, has died from the injuries he sustained.
